Accident Donation Benefit

If you are injured on or off the job you may request from the membership an accident donation benefit of $125.00 per week for a maximum of eight (8) weeks. In order to qualify for an accident donation you must:

  1. Be a member in good standing of Local 30 for one year;
  2. Submit a letter requesting the accident donation and another letter from your doctor stating the injury and approximate date you will return to work (your request will be presented to the membership at the next general meeting)
  3. Submit updated injury reports from your doctor.

Members are limited to one donation per accident, per calendar year.
